Charging Steps:
(1) detect the state of the battery before charging, the output alligator clips on both ends of the battery, red positive and black negative, with LCD display data (power on 6S self-test, 6S after the temperature and voltage cycle display, self-test before the display temperature), this step must ensure that AC power is not connected, only AC power disconnected before operation.
(2) thecharger AC input line into the plug, and then open the plug switch.
(3) mode selection (if the key after 30S self-locking, please remove any alligator clips, with LCD display OFF, key unlock,confirm good mode, clip on the alligator clips), and then charging.
(4) When the charger shows "FUL" or "End", it means that the charging or repair mode is over, disconnect the AC input at this time and observe the battery capacity status after 10S (LCD cycle shows voltage and temperature, the power grid shows the current battery capacity),confirm full, disconnect the alligator clips from the battery.
Product Protection Function:
(1) Output short circuit and anti reverse connection:
Battery Charger has a prompt for output short circuit and reverse connection of the battery (reverse connection 1-2S detection, when reverse connection or short circuit is detected, the LCD displays "ERO", and the product will not be damaged due to reverse connection or short circuit during the detection process), and during reverse connection, there will be no reverse connection spark phenomenon after processing by a microprocessor program.
(2) Battery power detection:
Without connecting to the AC input voltage, the battery clip is sandwiched between the positive and negative electrodes of the battery (red, positive, black, negative), and the current and voltage parameters of the battery can be displayed (digital tube display data: voltage and ambient temperature cycle display, the power grid is displayed in percentage form based on the detected data, the first power on 6S self check wait, 6S not reached only display temperature, 6S reached temperature and voltage cycle display).
(3) Winter/Summer Mode:
During the charging process, detect the ambient temperature, adjust the charging state of the product in a timely manner, and ensure battery life and charging safety. Winter Mode: LCD displays snowflakes, Summer Mode: LCD displays the sun (unique to car mode, not available in other modes).
(4) Over temperature protection:
Battery Charger has an over temperature protection function. If the product detects excessive temperature, it will automatically start the over temperature protection program. When the temperature returns to normal, the initial charging state will be restored.
(5) Overcharge protection:
Battery Charger has an overcharge protection function to prevent overcharge from reducing the battery life and enhancing the reliability of charging safety (the maximum charging duration is 15.5-16.0H by default).
(6) Battery charging progress bar:
The charging progress bar is displayed during the charging process of the product, in the form of a percentage, and the full charge display is 100%.
(7) LCD display status:
a: Full state: LCD displays "FUL".
b: Clip disconnection mode: LCD displays "OFF".
c: Fault mode: LCD displays "ERO".
e: Charging state: LCD circularly displays voltage, current, and charging progress.
f: Repair mode: LCD displays "PUL", and the repair icon flashes.
h: Repair completed: LCD display "FUL" repair icon is always on.
